The villa is situated in a panoramic position among vineyards, olive groves and the surrounding hills and is surrounded by a large garden, which includes a panoramic swimming pool, a SPA, a gazebo / barbecue area and various corners ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding nature.

Outside the villa there is no shortage terraces and panoramic spaces where to spend moments of play or calm and tranquility. Internally the villa offers rooms with private bathroom, a sitting room where you can sit and drink tea or simply read a book and a kitchen complete with everything you need to work food and prepare your favorite dishes. Our staff offers an attentive and quality service and is always ready to offer any help to guests.

Altogether the villa has 5 spacious and bright rooms, all equipped with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with panoramic view, air conditioning, wifi and private bathroom with shower, towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer.

Each room has been recently renovated and welcomes our guests with warm colors and original antique furniture that harmonize well with the rest of the structure.

Villa il Maggio is located on a hill next to Cortona, in the heart of the Val di Chiana One of the most fertile and colorful valleys in Tuscany. The property is surrounded by hills, woods and typical agricultural land of the area, cultivated with vines, olive trees, wheat and orchards of various types. In the spaces outside the villa, our guests can enjoy the wooded areas or The area of olive trees, enjoying picturesque views of Cortona, an ancient town that stands on top of one of the hills surrounding the area.
